Christina Sabato is a Law Clerk at Wigdor LLP (admission pending).
Christina works on matters involving all aspects of employment litigation, including cases involving sexual harassment, sexual assault, discrimination on the basis of race, gender, pregnancy, age, religion, disability and/or LGBTQ+ status, retaliation, wage-and-hour violations and class and collective actions.
During law school, Christina interned at the EEOC in the New York District Office’s Litigation Unit. She served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Brian Martinotti of the District of New Jersey and represented indigent clients who sought disability benefits as a clinical law student in the Civil Justice Clinic.
Prior to law school, Christina worked at the Federal Judicial Center in Washington, D.C.
