In April 2026, the matter of Sankano v. Troutman Pepper Hamilton Sanders LLP was successfully and confidentially resolved. The lawsuit alleged that Ms. Sankano experienced discrimination at the law firm, including microaggressions, gaslighting, and bullying and was eventually terminated after highlighting the discriminatory practices.
