On May 5th, in reversing the decision by acting District Court Judge Richard Sullivan, the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit held that the assault and battery claims of Charles Oakley against Madison Square Garden must move forward. This is the second time that the Second Circuit has reversed Judge Sullivan.
