Douglas Wigdor’s Legal Analysis Featured On The Late Show With Stephen Colbert

A video clip featuring Wigdor LLP Founding Partner Douglas H. Wigdor discussing the high school yearbook of Supreme Court Justice nominee, Judge Brett Kavanaugh, was aired on The Late Show with Stephen Colbert on Thursday, September 20, 2018.

The clip of Mr. Wigdor originally aired during a September 19, 2018 episode of MSNBC’s The Beat with Ari Melber in which he discussed “troublesome” entries from Judge Kavanaugh’s yearbook, including references to being a member of the fictitious “Keg City Club” and the euphemistic “Devil’s Triangle.”

Judge Kavanaugh has been accused of sexually assaulting Dr. Christine Blasey Ford when he was 17 years old. The Senate Judiciary Committee is set to have a hearing on Thursday in which it will hear testimony from both Dr. Ford and Judge Kavanaugh.

According to Mr. Wigdor, the yearbook entries corroborate Dr. Ford’s story because they paint a picture of the environment that Judge Kavanaugh was living in at the time of the alleged sexual assault.

The satirical Late Show segment claims to have obtained Judge Kavanaugh’s yearbook. Watch the full segment below:
