Wigdor LLP has filed a class action lawsuit against the two Michelin star-rated restaurant Jungsik, alleging minimum wage and tip pool violations. The complaint alleges that the haute “New Korean” restaurant, with a $200 tasting menu created by “superstar Chef” Jung Sik Yim, shortchanged servers from earned wages by unlawfully paying them below the minimum wage, and swindling them out of tips.
