In a Law 360 article, Employment Litigator Douglas Wigdor discussed President Obama’s proposed extension to the rules governing overtime pay which will seek to increase the number of employees that qualify for overtime. Mr. Wigdor called for clarity from the Department of Labor that will assist not only plaintiff lawyers, but will provide guidance for companies when compensating their employees.
