Job Description:
Senior Associates at Wigdor LLP have significant hands-on employment litigation and counseling experience. The ideal Senior Associate candidate is well-versed in handling Federal and State discrimination, harassment, retaliation, FLSA and wage-and-hour litigation from inception through trial, as well as mediations and arbitrations. Senior Associates must be able to produce pleadings, motions, severance agreements and releases in a timely fashion and prepare for and represent clients at various court proceedings with minimal supervision.
Qualified candidates must meet the following minimum requirements:
- Juris Doctor degree with a record of strong academic performance;
- 6-8 years of work experience in the legal field, including employment-related litigation experience; previous trial experience is ideal;
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail;

The ideal Mid-level Associate candidate has a demonstrated background and interest in employment law, including experience litigating discrimination, harassment, whistleblower retaliation and/or wage-and-hour claims.

Job Description:
Paralegals at Wigdor LLP work alongside the firm’s Partners and Associates during all phases of the litigation process, up to and through trial. Their primary responsibilities include: draft and file documents in state and federal courts; organize client documents and prepare document productions, including review, bates-stamping, redaction, duplication and indexing of documents; assist with trial and deposition preparation; compile and organize exhibits, files and all supporting documents; coordinate trial set-up, logistics and assist attorneys during courtroom proceedings; conduct research by running searches on internal and external databases and systems, in addition to a variety of other sources. Paralegals also have the opportunity to attend court proceedings, depositions, client meetings, mediations, arbitrations and trials. The ideal Paralegal candidate is a self-starter who is passionately pursuing a career in employment law, can work as a team player and can display professional judgment in all interactions with the Firm’s clients and staff.
Qualified candidates must meet the following minimum requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree with a record of strong academic performance;
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment;
