Wigdor LLP currently represents Malika Oyo, a former Vice President at ANZ Bank, who was terminated after complaining to senior management about the sexual harassment and racial discrimination she and other Black and female employees experienced during her employment. The Complaint filed by Ms. Oyo alleges that she was subjected to persistent sexual harassment, including being repeatedly questioned about her sexual relationships and being forced to listen to male colleagues routinely demean and objectify women. The Complaint further alleges that Ms. Oyo, an African American woman, was often referred to as a “monkey” by her direct supervisor.
