Wigdor LLP resolved a class action brought by drivers who worked for Sunny’s Limousine Service Inc. The drivers alleged numerous violations of the Fair Labor Standards Act and New York Labor Law including unpaid wages and gratuities. A settlement of $3.5 million was reached, and ultimately approved by the court. The class of affected drivers numbered more than 800.
