As reported, on the heels of accusations in the media alleging racial profiling against retail customers at Macy’s, Wigdor LLP attorneys Douglas H. Wigdor and Tanvir H. Rahman successfully represented Joweria Khalid, a Pakistani woman who was accused by Macy’s of shoplifting, but whose charges were ultimately dropped by the Manhattan District Attorney’s office.
