Experience
Ms. Shapiro began working at Wigdor LLP as a Law Clerk during her third year of law school. Since joining the Firm, Ms. Shapiro has worked on a variety of matters involving all aspects of employment litigation, including cases involving sexual harassment, sexual assault, discrimination on the basis of race, gender, pregnancy, age, religion, disability and/or LGBTQ+ status, whistleblower retaliation, wage-and-hour violations and class and collective actions.
Education
In May 2020, Ms. Shapiro earned her J.D. from Fordham University School of Law, where she was a member of the Moot Court board and a staff member on the International Law Journal. While at Fordham, Ms. Shapiro was awarded the Archibald R. Murray Public Service Award cum laude for devoting over 250 hours to pro bono and/or community service work during law school. Ms. Shapiro received a B.S. in Marketing from the University of Florida.
