Experience and Types of Cases
Prior to joining Wigdor LLP, Mr. Walsh served as a judicial law clerk to Magistrate Judge Steven I. Locke and District Judge Sandra J. Feuerstein, both in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York. In law school, Mr. Walsh was a member of Duke’s Wrongful Convictions Clinic, where he investigated claims of innocence made by incarcerated felons, including interviewing inmates, locating and interviewing witnesses, gathering documentation, and working with experts.
Mr. Walsh attended the University of Notre Dame, graduating with a B.B.A. in Finance and a supplemental major in Spanish Languages and Literature. Mr. Walsh received his J.D. from Duke University School of Law where he was an Executive Editor for the journal Law & Contemporary Problems.
Mr. Walsh has been selected to the New York Super Lawyers Rising Stars list for 2018.
