Experience and Types of Cases
Since joining Wigdor LLP, Mr. Rosenthal has worked on a variety of employment-related matters, including Title VII, racial discrimination and whistleblower retaliation cases. While in law school, Mr. Rosenthal served as a summer intern in PepsiCo, Inc.’s Labor Relations department, where he worked on collective bargaining negotiations and assisted in grievance arbitration procedures. Prior to law school, Mr. Rosenthal was the Campaign Manager and Communications Director for a New York State Assembly member.
Mr. Rosenthal received his J.D. from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law. During law school, Mr. Rosenthal spent a year working at Cardozo Law’s Bet Tzedek Civil Litigation Clinic, where he worked on employment, health, housing and bankruptcy cases. Mr. Rosenthal graduated from Syracuse University with a B.A. in Political Science and a minor in History.
