ALFREDO J. PELICCI
Alfredo J. Pelicci is a Senior Associate at Wigdor LLP.
Mr. Pelicci represents clients in federal and state courts, alternative dispute resolution forums and administrative agencies. Before joining Wigdor LLP, Mr. Pelicci worked at a plaintiff-side employment law firm in New York City, where he represented victims in high-profile sexual harassment and employment discrimination cases against employers in a variety of industries. Prior to that Mr. Pelicci practiced in Washington, D.C., where he also devoted extensive time to the pro bono representation of individuals through the Workers’ Rights Clinic of the Washington Lawyers’ Committee for Civil Rights and Urban Affairs. Additionally, he was a volunteer mentor and educator at the District of Columbia Bar’s Lawyer Assistance Program. Currently, Mr. Pelicci serves as Co-chair of the National Employment Lawyers Association/New York’s Mentorship Committee.
Mr. Pelicci earned his J.D. from The George Washington University School of Law. During law school, he served as a Vice President of the Student Bar Association, Treasurer of the GW Law American Civil Liberties Union, and Board Member of GW Law’s Mock Trial Team. While on GW Law’s Mock Trial Board, Mr. Pelicci represented his law school in numerous national competitions and received an award for being the second-highest ranked advocate in his law school’s internal competition. Mr. Pelicci received his B.A. in Political Science from the University of Florida, where he was a student organizer for numerous LGBTQ+ rights campaigns.
Mr. Pelicci is admitted to practice law in New York, District of Columbia, Virginia, and Maryland, as well as the U.S. District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.
