Alfredo J. Pelicci is a Senior Associate at Wigdor LLP. Alfredo represents clients in federal and state courts, alternative dispute resolution forums and administrative agencies. Before joining Wigdor, Alfredo worked at a plaintiff-side employment law firm in New York City, where he represented victims in high-profile sexual harassment and employment discrimination cases against employers in a variety of industries.
Prior, Alfredo practiced law in Washington, D.C., devoting extensive time to the pro bono representation of individuals through the Workers’ Rights Clinic of the Washington Lawyers’ Committee for Civil Rights and Urban Affairs. Additionally, he was a volunteer mentor and educator at the District of Columbia Bar’s Lawyer Assistance Program.
Currently, Alfredo serves as Co-chair of the National Employment Lawyers Association/New York’s Mentorship Committee.
