A federal court has granted Wigdor LLP’s request for conditional certification of a collective of CVS Market Investigators seeking overtime pay under the Fair Labor Standards Act. Wigdor Senior Associate Michael J. Willemin, who currently represents the CVS market investigators, said of the order, “We expect that more than 100 CVS employees will now be able to vindicate their rights under federal law.” As reported by Bloomberg Law, the court rejected arguments set forth by CVS in opposition to conditional certification.
